Energeia - First Regional workshop in Emilia-Romagna

Bologna, 13 february 2014

Aster hosted the first Energeia regional workshop dedicated to the theme of the biomethan.  It has been a very successful event,  participated by  more than 70 people (including one of our Energeia partners, Claudia Milone from the Province of Turin).

Angelica Monaco, Energeia project manager,  introduced the project, and then Stefano Valentini, responsible of the Energy Platform for the Emilia-Romagna region High Technology Network, presented the results of the regional mapping on Renewable Energy Sources.

The workshop then focused on biomethan issue: the theme is today of a high interest, since the national law has introduced a number of facilitations and subsidies for biomethan producers, able to open new market and business opportunities.

The workshop hosted also the presentations of 2 other EU initiatives, Biomether and the RIC Climate KIC programme.

All presentations (in Italian) are available on the Aster website.
